DCY is looking for a Sr. Salesforce developer to join a great team led by great leadership. The developer will support the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce platform aligns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help the team leading the design development and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with business analysts team members and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Performs impacts analyses to identify interdependencies; assists with design reviews.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and other team members.
• Ensure best practices in design coding and development processes are followed.
• Perform code reviews and ensure highquality deliverables.
• Able to work on multiple projects and tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Coordinates execution of unit and system test scripts; coordinates debugging efforts and defect tracking; coordinates support of user acceptance testing; Supports performance and load testing efforts.
• Writes reviews and coordinates development of application related training materials and software user guides; program and/or application source code documentation (e.g. uses cases inline code comments); departmental standards.

Skill required:

• Experience with Omni Studio.
• Experience with integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Informatica) and APIs.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD (Flosum/ Copado etc.) and version control systems.
• Understanding of Salesforces data model and how and when to create custom objects junction objects and other model items.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools.
• Experience with software development principles and methods for design development testing and implementation of new or modified software;
• Excellent problemsolving and communication skills and attention to detail.

Unless required by legislation or union contract starting salary will be the minimum salary of the salary range 36 (step 1 currently $42.74 per hour) associated with this position.

DCYs core hours of operation are MondayFriday from 8:00am to 5:00pm however daily start/end times may vary based on operational need across DCY divisions. Employees may begin as early as 7:00am and as late as 9:00am based on supervisory approval. This position performs work onsite daily at DCYs office space.

Proficiency Instruments/Assessments may be required for this position; Applicant must demonstrate proficiency with a passing score to move on to the structured interview portion. Regardless of a passing or failing score all results will be maintained for 6 months. Applicant with a passing score will be retained and utilized this 6month period. Applicant with a failing score in the same classification may not retake the same selection assessment for this 6month period.

Travel required as needed. Must provide own transportation or in order to operate a state vehicle you must have a valid drivers license.
