Overview
As a Vantaca Implementation Project Manager youll play a pivotal role in our customers success. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle for the implementation of our software ensuring that clients transition smoothly and effectively into the Vantaca system. Your role will focus on project management client relationship management and ensuring the successful delivery of the implementation project. You will work closely with clients and internal teams but will not be responsible for conducting software training or configuring the software yourself. Instead you will coordinate these efforts to ensure all aspects of the project are on track and meet client needs.
Accountability Key Initiatives
- Own client relationship from contract signing to full onboarding.
- Support clients superusers by facilitating weekly meetings and managing their onboarding tasks.
- Ensure clients are prepared for a successful GoLive.
Success Metrics
- Number of pastdue key deliverables
- Number of pastdue tasks
- Number of implementation support requests solved
- Providing weekly status updates to your clients
- Transition clients to Customer Success on time
- Promoters coming out of onboarding

Adaptability: Implementation projects can evolve rapidly. You need someone who is flexible in their approach and able to adapt quickly when the situation changes.
CustomerCentric: Given the customerfacing nature of the role a person who is empathetic patient and understands the importance of delivering a positive experience to the customer is essential.
Collaborative: This person needs to work across departments and build relationships with diverse teams. The ideal candidate is someone who fosters teamwork and facilitates crossfunctional collaboration.
Proactive & Organized: A selfstarter who takes ownership of the project from start to finish. They should proactively identify potential bottlenecks and keep things moving smoothly without needing constant oversight.
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process ensuring clear communication and a positive client experience.
- Project Coordination: Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and milestones to ensure successful and timely implementation.
- Consultative Approach: Evaluate customer needs using a consultative approach to ensure the implementation aligns with their business goals.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as support training and configuration specialists to ensure all aspects of the implementation are covered.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to keep the project on track. Escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress track deliverables and ensure all project tasks are completed on time and to the clients satisfaction.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement in the implementation process and contribute to process enhancements.
Qualifications
- You have a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in project management information systems operations management supply chain management business analytics software support or other related field.
- You have at 5 years of experience or a combination of education and experience as a project manager youre awesome at it.
- Youve got phenomenal communication skills and are an innovative problemsolver.
- Youre highly organized and really good at prioritizing your workload.
- You are great at interacting with people customers clients and coworkers. Your communication with everyone is professional positive and constructive.
- You are a terrific public speaker and comfortable with leading meetings.
- Youve got a strong technology background data management skills and youre advanced with Excel.
- Ability to travel 1 week per month
