Job Description
****CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD****
Crowned Grace International seeks a highly skilled Project Manager Master specializing in Stakeholder Engagement to lead strategic initiatives and facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders at the Defense Health Agency. This position requires at least 5 years of relevant industry experience with a strong emphasis on stakeholder relationship management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage stakeholder engagement activities to ensure all relevant parties are informed and involved in key project initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate project updates objectives and outcomes to diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders addressing concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations with the overall mission of the Defense Health Agency.
- Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions project milestones and communication plans to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the Department of Defense (DoD) policies and the specific objectives of the Defense Health Agency to inform project decisions and stakeholder management strategies.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously adapting to shifting priorities while ensuring successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and project management.
- Familiarity with the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired.
- Detailoriented organized and selfmotivated with a high attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in people management and fostering positive team dynamics.
- Proven ability to efficiently handle multiple and shifting priorities while maintaining project timelines and deliverables.
