Division: Enterprise Architecture (EA)
You will be joining the Enterprise Architecture (EA) division at Euroclear a leading posttrade financial market infrastructure.
The EA division is an experienced and multidisciplinary group of architects responsible for:
- Defining the enterprise architecture directions & standards aligned to the company strategies & goals;
- Defining the investment themes to develop or transform the IT capabilities supporting the business units strategies;
- Maintaining a multiyear strategic investment plan & technology roadmap and advising on IT investment decisions;
- Steering the definition & realisation of capabilities and solutions to support business objectives (process applications data and technology) in alignment with the enterprise architecture directions.
You will be joining our Security squad and as an Enterprise Architect your role will be to define the target and transition architecture and roadmaps for our Security capabilities that provide safety in our interactions with customers markets and in our own operations.
You will deliver and contribute to the following architectural services:
Strategy Enablement- Assembling and analysing strategic Business and IT objectives and demonstrating understanding of external industry and market trends to determine potential impact on the enterprises strategy direction and architecture
- Lead analysis of current and futurestate capabilities and IT environment to detect gaps and opportunities assess new technologies and recommend solutions for improvement to drive the enterprise towards its targeted outcomes.
- Facilitating Business and IT alignment and supporting the translation into an executable change roadmap that will realise the strategic objectives and deliver the targeted value outcomes requiring close collaboration with a wide range of collaborators.
- Delivering target and/or transition architectures and standards and ensuring they are properly maintained and governed providing viable options and visibility of strategic direction and implications for the enterprise and for steering of delivery.
- Providing visibility on the progress of the capability implementation and alignment with established targets and intended roadmaps.
- Providing transparency on the evolution of Technology Debt and the planning and implementation of mitigation and remediation actions.
- Developing clear standards reference architecture patterns principles and guardrails through the EA governance model to support effective and efficient decisionmaking and provide clarity for delivery initiatives.
- Collaborating with security delivery and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency with the enterprise architecture to use shared technologies tools and processes where appropriate and provide continuous feedback towards the further evolution.
- Providing consultative advice and support adapted to collaborator context to business leaders and organisational customers who seek actionable recommendations to support decisionmaking on strategy delivery M&A and/or other relevant topics.
Architecture Practice
- Collaborating with other architects and supporting delivery of transversal architectural topics and contributing to a positive working environment.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of architectural practice and effective delivery of architectural services.
- Demonstrable experience in Identity and Access Management Architecture Security Architecture & governance risk assessments design and management reporting.
- Deep knowledge of the IAM and CIAM framework and industry standard process Identity Governance Logical and Privileged Access Management Role Modelling Access Recertification and authentication mechanisms.
- Familiar with market leaders products (e.g. CyberArk SailPoint Microsoft Azure AD Microsoft AD Beyond Trust One Identity) and its implementation in a strong regulated and sophisticated environment.
- Knowledge and experience with Security technologies Identity Management platforms Secure Access Management and Federation IDAAS (Identity As A Service) Single Sign On SAML OpenID ID Connect OAUTH multifactor authentication PKI and cryptographic solutions web application firewalls automated code review tools Cloud SAAS solutions.

- Masters or bachelors degree in business computer science engineering or a related field of study or equivalent experience.
- Good understanding and knowledge of business and technology operating models planning and costbenefit analysis security and risk management information and data management systems development methodologies and agile principles and frameworks and/or IT service delivery infrastructure and operations.
- You are certified in an Enterprise Architecture framework (e.g. TOGAF) and are familiar with Enterprise Architecture tools considered as an advantage.
- You are certified in the area of Security (e.g. CISSP CBCI GIAC ISO 22301/27001 LA/LI) considered as a plus.
