WHAT WE OFFER

Fulltime Leave Replacement ending May 15 2026 Saint John OnCampus

Standard Work Hours: Mon Fri 8:00 am 4:00 pm 36.25 hours per week

Additional Working Conditions:

  • Evening and weekend work will occasionally be required
  • Possibility of minimal travel between campuses (Fredericton/Saint John) and within the Maritimes

Salary Range: $40608 $50761 per annum

YOUR FOCUS

Reporting to the Operations & Business Development Manager the Client Service Representative will work to support prospective student inquiry application and enrolment targets for UNB.

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all students and key influencers throughout the recruitment funnel.
  • Respond to student inquiries in a professional and timely manner via email phone and in person.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of UNB including: programs admission requirements services policies etc.
  • Work closely with the university community to facilitate an excellent prospective student experience.
  • Execute and track all communications with prospective students within the CRM using a variety of media such as email phone text message packing and mailing of info packages etc.
  • Assist the recruiters with followup to all recruitment initiatives.
  • Assist the Recruitment Marketing Team with development and implementation of communication plans.
  • Develop and maintain reports for communication and tracking purposes.
  • Check agent references and develop new agent files for review.
  • Coordinate commission payment paperwork to 3rd party agencies.
  • Assist with organize and implement innovative recruitment activities and events both on and off campus.
  • Assist with other duties when required.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • University degree preference will be given to recent UNB degree holders.
  • Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system.
  • Experience in customer service with a proven client service attitude.

  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and provide quick reaction to requests.
  • Ability to work professionally with a diverse group of people personalities and backgrounds.
  • Possess selfconfidence positive outlook and a high level of integrity. Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft windows environment and Office 365 wordprocessing programs and database management.
