Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the supervisor of breakfast service the breakfast attendant is responsible for setting up the breakfast service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

YOUR ROLE
- Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages such as coffee espresso drinks blended coffees or teas
- Prepare or serve menu items
- Provide a great customer service experience to our guests
- Serve Breakfast items
- Clean or sanitize work areas utensils or equipment
- Clean service or seating areas
- Check temperatures of freezers refrigerators or heating equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Describe menu items to customers or suggest products that might appeal to them
- Order receive or stock supplies or retail products
YOUR PROFILE
- High school diploma
- Previous customer service experience required
- Good physical condition
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team and possesses a positive attitude
- A second language an asset
