Job Description
Production Associate: Responsible for (Paint Repairs)Buffing Spot Repairs Polish. Must be fitted for Respirator working in an open space working with hand tools such as drills screw guns paint spray guns and inspecting for Truck Camper Covers on vehicles. Willingness to move around and train on different processes.
1st Shift Monday through Thursday (10 hour days from 6:00am4:30pm) Plus work OT on Fri as needed
$20.25/hr

We are experiencing significant growth and have recently added production positions on our shifts. In the Returns department you would safely and efficiently evaluate all returns from the A.R.E. dealer base. This position would require completing various product repairs which could include painting buffing and polishing products.
Production Associates frequently perform paint repairs understand product quality standards make decisions on warranty claims and works with loading team addressing new product repairs. Thoroughly repairs and inspects all product to ensure customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prior paint repair experience is a plus.
