Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Vascular Medicine Clinic
SCHEDULE:
FullTime
Monday to Friday
9:00am to 5:00pm (some flexibility offered)
No Nights
No Weekends
No Holidays
No OnCall
COMPENSATION:
$145000 to $180000 Annual Base Salary depending on experience

LOCATIONS:
San Jose California (3 days per week)
Palo Alto California (2 days per week)
the offices are located near a train line and employees may park at either office for commuting
COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened in 2015 and offers vein disease services in an upscale boutique setting focused on excellent patient experiences. Being privately owned by physicians their offices offer providers the daytoday comfort and autonomy of working in small private practice settings while receiving the support of a multisite regional organization. They currently operate more than 30 offices in 4 states boasting a staff of approximately 40 physicians nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are supported by talented administrative and clinical team members.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The practice is a vein treatment organization that offers a boutique environment focused on excellent patient experiences. Their offices are staffed with physicians advanced practice providers registered nurses medical assistants sonographers and administrative personnel.
Nurse practitioners and physician assistants see an average of 18 to 24 patients per day with the support of clinical assistants and sonographers.
The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
new patient consultations
followup visits
providing treatments
cosmetic sclerotherapy
additional vascular procedures
collaborating with physicians sonographers and other team members
The practice sees patients for among other conditions:
varicose veins
leg swelling / heaviness
spider veins
restless leg syndrome
venous insufficiency
The practice uses the NextTech EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
active NP or PA license
prescriptive authority
experience in vascular medicine or a related field preferred
1 year advanced practice experience preferred
new graduates considered on an individual basis
excellent bedside manner
Spanish language proficiency a plus
