Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Overview:
As an Intern at our Tennessee ETP manufacturing facility you will be assisting with a pilot program. This initiative supports the implementation of a lean manufacturing tool focused on developing pictorial training documents tied directly to realworld applications.
The project enhances existing Synthesia applications and introduces Kanbanstyle inventory control systems within lab maintenance and manufacturing supply areas. The ultimate goal is to successfully launch this system enhancement and create a scalable model for expansion across all business segments.
Intern Requirements:
Current junior or senior college student majoring in Engineering Computer Science or Business
Must be able to work onsite in Tennessee
Must be available to work 40 hours per week (MondayFriday 8 hours per day)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Basic skills using a tablet or iPhone camera
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles (a plus but not required)
Exposure to GembaDocs (a plus but not required)
