Job Description
Roblox is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Developer Engagement Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on understanding issues and critical thinking alongside the essential qualities required for exceptional customer support. As a contractor of this team you will play a crucial link between Roblox and its developer community. If youre passionate about the Roblox community and eager to contribute to the success of developers wed love to hear from you.
You will:
- Assist in resolving creator daytoday escalations and emergencies.
- Manage communication between Roblox staff and creators.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions ensuring accurate documentation and timely followup.
- Dedicate up to 40 hours per week with a work schedule from Monday to Friday plus oncall availability during the weekend
You have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude.
- Capable of managing time effectively.
- Indepth understanding of Roblox and the Roblox community.
- Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio.
- Experience developing on Roblox and/or other creation platforms.
