Our partners in East Tennessee are excited to offer an opportunity for an associate to join their wellestablished practice with 7 different locations across the Appalachian region.
An incoming associate would likely spend most of their time in 12 of the offices and have the opportunity to participate in call with a hospital of their choosing. This would be a great opportunity for someone particularly interested in extractions and implants wisdom teeth removal and dentoalveolar cases some orthognathic surgery and TMJ. Overall theres a robust case mix but there is plenty of opportunity within the community for a driven associate to expand and/or mold the case mix to their liking.
A new associate would not only be inheriting a robust referral pipeline from a retiring surgeon but also benefit from the mentorship of seasoned surgeons who will remain in the practice.
