KRG has partnered with an international manufacturing company who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle all incoming and outgoing requests from clients regarding orders invoices complaints and other related tasks.
The responsibilities in this role will include:
- Receiving and responding to communications from clients including phone email live chats
- Providing quotations and followingup on order requests
- Working closely with shipping to ensure client satisfaction
- Identifying and resolving complaints
- Maintaining client information and records
Ideal candidates will have the ability to quickly solve problems work well under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.
