About Rawhide Youth Services:

Rawhide Youth Services is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support and guidance to atrisk youth and their families. We offer a range of therapeutic services aimed at helping young people overcome challenges and lead fulfilling lives. With a focus on mental health and outpatient therapy our organization operates multiple offices across Northern Wisconsin serving communities with care and compassion.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Administrative Specialist to join our team at Rawhide Youth Services. The Administrative Specialist will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and scheduling duties for all of our Northern outpatient offices with a primary base in our Appleton location. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient therapy services facilitating communication between staff clients and other stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients staff and other stakeholders via phone email and inperson interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Navigate electronic scheduling systems and office software with ease.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and respond to urgent requests.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; office administration certification preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience in healthcare or social services.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
