Job Description
We are seeking a driven motivated Certified General Appraiser capable of completing highquality commercial real estate valuation and consulting assignments in a timely manner. We have open positions in Oregon Washington and California. Candidate must hold a Certified General License or be near completion of obtaining licensure.

- Bachelors degree from a fouryear university.
- Certified General Appraiser license.
- MAI designation or Candidate a plus.
- Agriculture Experience
- Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Must have reliable highspeed internet access
- Argus Enterprise experience a plus.
- Must have strong writing skills attention to detail and the ability to manage assignments while meeting deadlines.
