When you join our real estate and property management company as a Facilities Maintenance Technician youre a critical part of keeping our homes in tiptop shape! One moment you could fix a leaky faucet or clear a pesky toilet stoppage ensuring everything flows smoothly. The next you might be replacing a light switch or troubleshooting an electrical issue to keep the lights shining bright. Your day might also include patching up a section of roofing clearing out clogged gutters or rehanging a door just right. Whether youre doing carpentry plumbing electrical work or general repairs you take pride in maintaining and improving the homes we care for. REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in repairing and maintaining homes
- Experience in repair/maintenance of plumbing leaks stopups electrical carpentry roofing gutters
