As an Occupational Therapist with us you will assess and treat individuals with physical developmental emotional or cognitive challenges. Your role will involve creating personalized therapy plans that help clients build or regain the strength coordination and confidence needed to perform essential taskswhether that means recovering from an injury managing a chronic condition or developing life skills. Youll work closely with patients families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate goaloriented care that supports each persons unique journey toward independence.
In this position youll conduct comprehensive evaluations develop customized treatment plans and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques. Youll also make recommendations for adaptive equipment and environmental modifications when needed. A creative and problemsolving mindset is key as is the ability to motivate and connect with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Our ideal candidate holds a degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program has current state licensure and demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
