Videographer / Editor & Producer Extraordinaire
PRAXIS S10 is on the lookout for a talented versatile and high energy individual to create stunning training videos. Because We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to produce film and edit training videos for our exclusive private membership training organization. This is a fulltime position located at our World Headquarters in Nashville TN.
As a Videographer Editor and Producer you will:
Play an integral role in our clients success
Be a valuable team member on one of the fastest growing organizations of its kind in North America
Work directly with and learn from some of the savviest business professionals in North America
Build a rich network of personal and professional contacts
Cool Things You Will Be Doing
Produce impactful creative training videos
Production process from concept to completion
Prepare conceptual storyboards
Creating engaging visual stories with the ability to produce and edit footage
Assist in content development and message strategy
Manage production budgets schedules and delivery
Work in collaboration with colleagues
Directing talent
Video camera Operation (lighting composition exposure)
Prepare camera grip lighting and stage equipment for shooting
Exporting content
Designs after affects as needed including motion graphics layout and animation
Deciding on sound effects visual effects audio mixing
Performs edits/final cuts for final video presentations
Selecting color grading (natural) pacing and smooth speed ramping
Upload training content to our member only training portal
Produce video announcements and other various projects
Innovate new ways to repurpose and improve existing creative bank
Repurpose and edit video content for use in other digital mediums
Assist in planning shooting and editing content to be used in digital media channels
Prepares video for multimedia formats including web and other digital platforms
Uploading to Social Media platforms
Responsible for conceiving creating and implementing a variety of multimedia productions
Constantly searching for innovative ways to gain greater company exposure
Supports content and social media activities with marketing team as required
Assists with concept development and implementation of employment branding standards and ensures alignment with overall brand
Develop creatively to support all employment brand initiatives inclusive of both on and offline media owned and thirdparty properties
Effectively communicating the brand vision with consistent messaging
Maintain brand consistency
Ensuring that all output is consistent with brand vision and experience
Uploading and organizing photos
In summary: Produce entire videos from preproduction to postproduction
The Ideal Candidate
Will have a portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and ability
A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives
Adaptable to learning new processes and tools
Ability to learn quickly and have knowledge or proficiency with:
* Sony a7R 111 Camera with 2470mm GMaster Lens
* Blackmagic 6K Camera
* Blackmagic 6K Camera
* Neewer motorized camera glider
* iMac Pro
* Adobe Premier Pro
* Adobe Photoshop
* Adobe After Effects
* Adobe Illustrator
* Audition
* GarageBand
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Dropbox
* Vimeo
Strong understanding of camera file format workflow
Skills of video camera operation including exposure a great understanding of lighting technics composition and audio
Knowledge of how to work with green screen backgrounds and edit with green screen footage
Experience with camera systems and lenses
Ability to selfshoot video content
Able to work After Effects templates and create customer graphics
Knowledge on encoding formats embedding export settings aspect ratios frame rates bitrates etc.
Proven knowledge of camera lenses adapters mounts and rigs
Audio mixing skills
Coloring and color correction knowledge
Ability to produce videos at a rapid pace
Ability to overlay music dialogues graphics and effects
Creative with an eye for the small details and a passion for big ideas
Ability to proofcheck your own work
Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexities
Pride in quality of your work
Has a whatever it takes attitude
Passion for filming and video editing
Ability to selfdirect yourself
Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment

Technologically savvy and well versed in social media trends
Able to lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Ability and willingness to travel overnight occasionally once restrictions ease
Ability to work Monday through Friday and an occasional weekend
Experience working in a brand production house or agency is a plus
A degree in related field is a plus
Ability to write scripts including voiceover material actions and animated copy is a plus
Photography expertise is a plus
