As a Regional Sales Manager you are the CEO of your territory this is your business and Quantum is the umbrella above you. You have a deep understanding of your market and competitors hunting and winning deals that span across our product portfolio to solve customer problems today but also enable them to be successful for years to come doing more with Quantum than they can do with any of our competitors combined. Quantum is currently in build mode and we need you to join us in reaching new heights to exceed our customers partners and investors expectations as a world class technology company.

In this role you will
- Strategically assess your territory and design a plan to maximize revenue among existing and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline that will enable you to exceed your quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Embrace a customerfirst mindset utilizing a consultative solutionbased selling approach when featuring Quantums endtoend portfolio of products and services.
- Create and engage in key customer and partner activities in collaboration with VARS distributors Channel & Tech Alliances Marketing and Services.
- Cultivate relationships both internally and externally and leverage those relationships to sell as a team.
- Leverage regional and senior leadership to help create advance and close deals.
- Research and thoroughly understand Quantums competitive landscape.
- Achieve and exceed your quota on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Own all aspects of your Territory.
Required Skills and/or Experience:
- 8 years of outside sales with a focus on new logo acquisition or business development; consistently delivering $5M annual revenue.
- A minimum of 5 years experience selling complex workflows and solutions in a technology field.
- Avid hunter with proven prospecting skills consistently opening doors to new customers and navigating seamlessly between the boardroom and the data center while passionately positioning the advantages of Quantums endtoend portfolio of solutions.
- A consultative/solutions selling approach is a must.
- A high degree of honesty integrity and sound judgment is required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of negotiation tactics and persuasive sales techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as well as presentation skills.
- Exceptional organization time management prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Creative problemsolving capabilities.
- Team oriented and showcases a positive cando attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent market aligned experience required.
