Role: Fulltime Studiobased
About the Company:
This is a prestigious interior design firm specializing in creating luxurious residential spaces both domestically and internationally. The company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Overseeing complex interior design projects from initial concept to final completion ensuring seamless execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Design Innovation: Developing innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior design concepts that align with client preferences and project goals.
- Technical Expertise: Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications using Vectorworks software.
- Procurement Management: Sourcing and selecting highquality materials finishes and furnishings that meet design requirements and budget constraints.
- Client Relations: Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining open and effective communication throughout the design process.
- Team Mentorship: Guiding and mentoring junior design team members fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Site Supervision: Regularly visiting project sites to monitor progress and ensure design intent is realized.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design with a strong focus on luxury residential projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Vectorworks software.
- Exceptional design aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for interior design and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
