We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Operations to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing the operations of our clients group of care homes ensuring the delivery of highquality services and the highest standards of care.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or in a similar operations role within the nursing home sector.
- Level 5 Health & Social Care (Leadership and Management) qualification or equivalent qualification.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards within the healthcare industry.
- Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Commitment to promoting diversity equality and inclusion within the workplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the operational activities of the organisation ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all areas of the organisation.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to establish goals objectives and policies that align with the organisations mission and vision.
- Provide leadership and support to operational staff promoting a culture of continuous improvement inclusivity and diversity.
- Monitor performance metrics analyse data and identify opportunities for process improvements and resource optimisation.
- Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.
- Ensure that all operational activities are conducted in accordance with the highest ethical and professional standards.
