ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an On Call Support Worker highly competent in responding to and supporting staff and carers during critical incidents in CASPAs Out Of Home Care services. Based in the Mid North Coast NSW the Casual role requires flexible availability across all hours on an asneed basis to ensure optimal outcomes for children young people and their families during times of crisis.

Our programs include Therapeutic Intensive Residential Care Intensive Family Preservation Therapeutic Foster Care Restoration and other associated care types we are a registered NDIS provider and operate a social enterprise Maintenance and repairs business. Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks and a valid drivers licence are requirements for employment at CASPA. Working with Children checks will be required for frontline roles in direct contact with Young People.
