Job Description

Were seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead sales and growth initiatives playing a key role in expanding our market presence and securing new business. This entrepreneurial role offers the opportunity to innovate drive your own success and deliver tailored solutions in a fastpaced technical environment.

About The Role

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the corporate and retail sectors
  • Drive your own success and innovate within a fastgrowing company
  • Qualify leads and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Build strong longterm relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
  • Lead the creation of proposals tenders and EOIs ensuring 100% ontime delivery
  • Manage CRM systems and track sales performance
  • Represent the business at industry events sponsorships and networking functions
  • Work collaboratively with marketing operations and leadership teams to drive growth
  • Support new client mobilisation and ensure compliance with sales processes and standards

Experience and Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in business development ideally within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of corporate and fleet sales with an established professional network
  • Proven experience in complex technical sales and tendering processes
  • Highlevel communication negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Organised selfmotivated and able to manage multiple priorities
