As an EntryLevel Funding Specialist youll be at the heart of our operationssupporting the financial process that powers each solar install. If youre great with numbers fast on the keyboard and love keeping things organized this could be your perfect launchpad into the clean energy industry.
What Youll Be Doing:
Review and submit project documents to lenders for funding approvals
Work with our finance partners and internal teams to ensure timely funding
Flag and fix missing documents or funding issues with speed and professionalism
Keep funding reports up to date and monitor project progress
Enter financial data into internal systems with precision
Communicate with lenders by phone email and occasionally in person
Help maintain policies and procedures so our process stays sharp
Own the funding inboxmonitoring project changes updates and contract questions
Collaborate with other departments to keep everything running smoothly
Pitch in on special projects and tasks that need your organized touch
What You Bring to the Table:
A sharp eye for detail and data accuracy
Confidence working in Excel and Microsoft tools
Comfort juggling high volumes of email and multitasking like a pro
Quick thinking great problemsolving and strong followthrough
Professional communication skills (youre the calm in the inbox storm)
A selfstarter attitude and a willingness to learn something new every day
