WHY RIGHTS & GUIDELINES
Join the Rights & Guidelines team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of content on Roblox. We are at the forefront of enabling creators to responsibly introduce diverse content such as ageappropriate experiences like the 17 experience launch through innovative tools and systems. Our work ensures the Roblox platform remains compliant with evolving global regulations safeguarding our diverse user base. Furthermore youll contribute to our Content Policy Platform empowering teams across Roblox to add and manage content access policies that are critical to our platforms integrity and safety. This is an opportunity to build impactful solutions that directly influence the creator experience and the safety of millions of users worldwide.
You Will:
- Contribute to the architecture and development of our Content Policy Platform a highthroughput service handling millions of requests per second for content access decisions across the Roblox platform.
- Design develop and maintain robust backend systems and tooling to support Robloxs agedifferentiated content initiatives including Content Maturity (e.g. 17 experiences).
- Build and scale systems that ensure Robloxs platformwide compliance with evolving regional regulations safeguarding our global user base.
- Collaborate closely with ML engineers to drive the continuous productionization and improvement of machine learning models that automatically review Content Maturity questionnaires and detect other regional policy violations at scale across millions of experiences.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to deployment ensuring high quality reliability and scalability.
- Help shape the future of responsible content handling on a massive scale directly impacting millions of creators and users.
You Have:
- 4 years building highly available largescale distributed backend systems.
- 4 years delivering and maintaining production software for largescale applications.
- Proficient in C# Java Go or similar OOP languages with strong design principles.
- Excellent crossteam collaborator with a drive to complete projects.
- Curious and proactive in learning new technologies and growing technical skills.
