Job Description
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking aRehabilitation Manager (ST PT or OT required)for ourFalls Church VAMedicare Certified home health office. This office provides bestinclass care to adult and geriatric clients.

Responsibilities for a Rehabilitation Manager:
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients forsupervisory/assessment visitsinFalls Church VAand other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of field clinicians.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new clinicians.
- Coordinate and/or deliver inservices for field staff.
Qualifications for a Rehabilitation Manager:
- Speech Therapist Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist required.
- Supervisory experience.
