As a Regional Field Manager (internally referred to as Grassroots Engagement Director) on our LibreArizona team you will identify recruit and engage grassroots leaders in Arizona mobilize them to take action and drive policy reform that opens opportunities for all.
How You Will Contribute
- Work with community leaders to educate the public on critical policy issues and legislation that are Libres priority initiatives
- Be the brand ambassador and local face for the LIBRE Initiative in your community
- Plan promote and execute large public facing events
- You care about people and are able to build relationships quickly with people from all walks of life and understand how to inspire and motivate them
- Selfmotivated always looking for the best way to use your time to accomplish objectives
- Organized able to keep multiple events and activities on track for yourself and the people you engage to help you
- Work well with a team of people including LIBRE staff and activists you engage
- Ready and willing to canvass neighborhoods and make phone calls for LIBRE priority initiatives and LIBRE Action endorsed candidates as well as motivate and coordinate volunteers to do the same

- Leadership skills! We need someone with strong people skills and humility to embrace our growthfocused culture
- Comfort and confidence working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment independent of direct supervision or direction. We need a gogetter who can figure out how to overcome new and unique challenges
- A valid drivers license to be able to travel as needed to meet with people in your area and across the state as needed
- To be fluent in Spanish and English and also have a deep knowledge base on the issues facing the Latino communities in Arizona
- Knowledge of state and federal public policy landscapes in Arizona
- Able and willing to work a flexible and changing work schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Togethers vision and principled approach to solving problems and a commitment to stewarding our culturewhich champions values including transformation and innovation entrepreneurialism humility and respect
Standout Candidates Will Bring
- Knowledge of the political economic and legislative landscape of Arizona
- A background in grassroots activism political lobbying canvassing or campaign work
- Experience managing and developing engaging social media
