Clinical Concierge NCT with MA/LVN DeSoto

Locations currently hiring: 726 W. Belt Line Rd. DeSoto Texas 75115(This position will require floating)
Works hours: FullTime 312hour shifts a week 7:45 AM 8:15 PM
What youll do:
Be our clinical concierge providing outstanding customer service as you guide our patients and visitors through their entire experience in the Urgent Care Clinic
Be a vital member of the care team assisting with clinical functions including front and backoffice duties and working closely with the provider and other clinical team members
This position will float across multiple Texas Health Urgent Care locations.
What youll need:
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And
- Other Completion of approved NCT training program Required And
- Other Successful completion of a Medical Assistant education program Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program Required Or
- Other Successful completion of a vocational nurse program Required.
- 6 Months Previous health care facility clinical experience as a LVN MA CNA or other patient care Required and
6 Months Previous xray experience or completion of an internal THR NCT training program in lieu of experience Req and - 6 Months Previous experience as licensed NCT Preferred and
- Previous experience with electronic health record straightarm xray and orthopedic experience Preferred
- NCT (NonCertified Radiology Technician) Registered by the Texas Medical Board Upon Hire Required And
- LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse State of Texas if LVN Upon Hire Req Or
- Other Certified or Registered Medical Assistant in lieu of the completion of a Medical Assistant education program if hired after 04/11/2022 Upon Hire Required And
- BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support BLS maintained every 2 years and required prior to providing independent patient care Required.
