Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Trade Marketing Lead at our London office in the UK within our European Trade Marketing Team.

We are looking for an experienced marketer to partner with our most important strategic accounts within the UK and France while also overseeing the EU region. In this role you will be accountable for developing and executing marketing strategy within the reseller channel to achieve marketing goals and business results. You will partner with many cross functional partners across Bose including our sales organization integrated marketing team search marketing team consumer insights team and partnerships team. You will work closely with the marketing analytics team to unlock digital growth opportunities and advance our data maturity with our partners. You will play a critical role in championing our reseller partners within Bose and driving consideration and conversion of Bose at our reseller partners; both online and in store. Furthermore the Retail Operations and Trade Marketing teams within region will report to you.


What We Want You To Do


MARKETING STRATEGY AND EXECUTION:

  • Owns all aspects of developing a datadriven marketing strategy and execution for specified resellers.

  • Ensure our investments and execution contribute to delivering at or better than targeted sell thru results & aligns to our overall strategic objectives.

  • Drives integration across all necessary touchpoints internally to ensure reseller marketing plans are both aligned to the toplevel strategy and integrated with other marketing functions to ensure best possible outcomes.

  • Ensures a shopper first focus and champions the category at the reseller through thought leadership within commercial plans and processes.

  • Accountable for marketing budget spend maintaining and delivering performance metrics on investments.

  • Partners with Global Omnichannel team to inform and develop best in class content and experiences at reseller.

  • Works with the partnerships team to drive comarketing opportunities executed at the reseller.

RESELLER TEAM PARTNERSHIP

  • Owns relationship with marketing at resellers including John Lewis Currys Argos Selfridges Harrods FNACDarty Boulanger etc. and the marketing/sales relationship internally.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining a strong partnership internally and externally which drives mutually beneficial results.

  • Responsible for representing Marketings interest during annual negotiations and planning cycles.

  • Driving execution excellence and consistency online and instore across region.

INSIGHTS DATA & ANALYTICS

  • Drives a solid and structured communication plan with our resellers sharing details to excite and drive engagement.

  • Identifies opportunity and drives progress in reseller data maturity and execution.

  • Utilize past performance consumer insights and competitive intelligence to ensure strategies deliver maximum return on marketing investment.

  • Define monitor and improve performance and measurement approach of digital goldstandard visibility and conversion tactics SEO paid search reseller media network performance reviews content health score sellthrough etc.

YOU HAVE DONE IT BEFORE

  • You have 78 years of experience in trade/reseller marketing/digital marketing roles.

  • You have proven results in marketing strategy development and execution.

  • You have experience working with resellers and reseller media networks.

  • You have a shopper first mindset and proven ability to optimize across all touchpoints in the consumer journey.

  • You have experience with accountability for sales and marketing targets.

  • You have experience working with crossfunctional teams and alongside a sales organization.

  • You have a bachelors degree in marketing and/or business management or similar.

  • You can work out of our UK office with business travel predominantly in France / within Europe.

  • Fluent in English and French.
