Based in Huntsville ONtheSenior Structural Engineer/Project Managerwill report to the Structural Engineering Lead and will have a wide range of duties which ultimately focus on business development client and personnel management and the preparation and review of technical deliverables for clients. You will be part of a team that offers services to private and government sector clients throughout Ontario and provides engineering solutions for new and existing bridges OSIM bridge inspections new building designs and renovations as well as structural condition assessments.

What Youll Do:
As part of the TULLOCH Engineering team you will:
- Prepare design calculations and structural engineering modeling using design software for new and existing facilities
- Manage a group of structural engineers and technologists
- Function as Senior Engineer & Project Manager in all aspects of project delivery including bidding and proposal preparation project setup logistics resource and technical planning and execution billing and collections and project budget management
- Establish new projects and provide project updates to the Structural Engineering Lead and General Manager
- Actively pursue business development opportunities and procure new clients
- Manage engineering and design staff in project execution while providing mentorship and direction to your team
- Complete check and seal technical deliverables including reports technical notes drawings engineering calculations and permit applications
- Oversee client relations and engagement lead client meetings and ensure client satisfaction
What You Should Bring:
The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related program. Additionally you should have:
- You must have a . licence (required)
- 10 years of experience working in the design and management experience in the structural consulting industry
- Experience managing and supervising other professionals
- High motivation with resultsoriented focus
- Superior organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Unwavering commitment to health and safety in the workplace
- Valid Class G drivers licence
- You are always keen to try something new
- You work hard until the job is done

- You make exercise independent judgment within defined parameters and in alignment with business objectives
- You are willing to travel as needed
