Your Opportunity:
Join our dynamic multidisciplinary team in Residential Aged Care delivering personalised therapy in an innovative care model.
With our awardwinning Plena Care Pathway (2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence) youll tailor evidencebased programs around resident goalsoffering mobility and functional therapy care plan reviews 1:1 interventions and group active ageing services.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendation to support consumer activities of daily living mobility and transfers falls risk and prevention equipment requirements pressure area care and skin integrity management arthritic joint management and pain management.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.

- A bachelors degree
- Current AHPRA registration
- Australian working rights
- Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
