Job Description
SelfDirection DSP Syracuse Area (Job #FHTN)
Exceptional Family Resources is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Cicero NY area with a man who lives independently. He is looking for a dedicated individual to provide him with transportation support and assist him with working on social and life skills both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting him during church service on Sundays meal preparing light household chores and encouragement and support him with overall health and safety.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable patient enthusiastic and able to work independently. Reliable transportation is required for this position. Background check fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the nonprofit agency.
Hours: Every Sunday for 5 hours
Payrate: $22 an hour
