Role Description
Terawatt is launching its first ever Analyst Rotation Program. This unique opportunity is designed to rapidly develop versatile highpotential analysts with an endtoend understanding of the business. Upon program completion successful analysts will possess the skills and businessspecific acumen to advance into more senior positions.
Ideal for developing professionals our rotational program gives you the opportunity to work across multiple teams solve highimpact challenges and fasttrack your career in a dynamic missiondriven company. By collaborating with a range of crossfunctional internal partners and senior leaders this program offers accelerated learning exposure to strategic projects and a clear path to advancement setting you up for longterm success.
In this role you will engage in two 912month rotations where you will be embedded within different parts of the organization.
Rotation A: Strategy & Planning
- Support the Strategy and Finance teams on high level company strategy and associated financial planning
- Build and own models and strategic frameworks to assess new growth opportunities identifying operational improvements and recommend actions
- Support FP&A capital planning budgeting and fundraising activities tied to Terawatts long term strategy
Rotation B: Real Estate & Acquisitions & Development
- Support the Real Estate and Development teams on acquisition opportunities and development projects
- Build and run underwriting models to assess the financial viability of projects
- Own investment committee memos and materials
During both rotations you will also be expected to engage in projectbased work supporting emerging company priorities as needed (20% of time).
The successful candidate will be:
- A general business athlete who is equally comfortable presenting highlevel strategy to executives and diving into the weeds of a financial model
- An outstanding collaborator and team member able to work effectively with colleagues of all levels and disciplines
- A structured thinker capable of identifying and framing problems generating solutions modeling impacts and communicating recommendations in an easytounderstand manner
- Hungry to learn new skills and topical areas
- Able to drive change by influencing others
Preferred Qualifications
- 24 years of experience in investment banking finance management consulting real estate or related field
- Bachelors degree required
- Advanced modeling skillset
- Nice to have: experience working in EV charging and/or at a high growth startup
$105000 $120000 a year
Compensation for this role is determined by several factors including the cost of labor in specific geographic markets and these ranges are intended to provide a helpful reference. The actual compensation offer will be based on the candidates location skills level of expertise and experience and internal equity considerations. In addition to base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package and where applicable performancebased incentives.
