Description
Job Title: Data Coordination Intern
Location: Achieva Main Office (Pittsburgh PA)
Employment Type: PartTime/Temporary Hybrid
Pay Rate & Type: $17.50/hr (Hourly/NonExempt)
We are seeking a missiondriven and detailoriented Data Coordination Intern for our team on a part time basis to work a minimum of fifteen (15) hours and a maximum of twentyfive (25) hours per week.

Job Summary
As a Data Coordination Intern you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient transfer of data from our current software systems to a new platform our organization is utilizing.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand data structures in the existing system.
- Extract transform and load (ETL) data from the current platform to the new software.
- Ensure data confidentiality integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address any datarelated issues.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to guarantee a successful transition.
- Report to management weekly status updates.
- Document and report any anomalies or challenges encountered during the migration.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven strength with a line of business software systems.
- Understanding of data structures and databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Proficient organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
