Duties and Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Place orders for garments and allied weekly
- Monitors tracks and follows up on orders with outside vendors.
- Orders New Accounts/Increases communicate account details to MGR and follow up any outstanding issues.
- Receive orders verify packing slips to PO.
- Receive and count stock items and key data into stockroom system
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms. Mark stock items using identification form.
- From GTS system print and track all the receivers associated to any order.
- Provide assistance or direction to stockroom associates.
- Print the Customers Variance Report every Quarter.
- Help with a monthly inventory.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment and observes best practices in all production activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to understand all required training written and verbal instructions.
- Solid computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software.
- Working knowledge of basic math skills.
- Good verbal and/or written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet attendance schedule.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in a warehouse setting. Work is based on a shift schedule and may include weekends. Overtime required as needed.
