As they continue to grow theyre seeking an Accounts Officer to join their finance team in a role that adds real value to both their financial operations and mission. This temptoperm opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to be part of something bigger than just the bottom line.
Reporting to the Financial Controller your responsibilities will include (but not limited too):
- Supporting accounts receivable: invoicing payment allocations customer queries & overdue followups
- Supporting accounts payable: processing supplier invoices matching with POs and prepping for payment runs
- Completing reconciliations: bank accounts general ledger intercompany and credit cards
- Assisting with monthend close including journal entries and ledger postings
- Partnering with internal teams and external partners to maintain clean financial records
- Assisting with finance projects reporting tasks and continuous process improvements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Solid experience in an Accounts Officer or similar transactional finance role
- Comfort working across AP and AR functions with strong reconciliation skills
- A selfstarter attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication skills able to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders
- A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a valuesled organization
