Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Base Salary Car Allowance: $70000 $75000

Incentive Pay: Uncapped Commissions (Compounding YoY) Car Allowance Annual Bonus Potential Company CC Laptop & Cell Phone

Location: Brighton MI

Total Comp Expectations: 1st year $100k

Total Comp Expectations: 2nd year $130k

Position Overview: We are hiring a driven and energetic Business Development Manager to join our outside sales team to generate and close new business. Once the project is sold our account executives take over the daytoday fulfillment of the project while you focus on growing the relationship and creating referrals.

Responsibilities:

Prospect qualify and close new business within an unlimited territory.

Leverage leads referrals and networking partners to acquire new customers

Effectively communicate the advantages and value our company brings to the industry

Set up introductory meetings to introduce our account executives and proven processes to new client.

Attend industry workshops social gatherings and networking events

Develop longterm relationships with new and existing clients

Be a Rockstar

Qualifications:

Sales outside sales or project management experience

Strong communication skills

Ability to perform independently

Driven and selfmotivated

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook

Work Environment: Team focused environment with business casual dress. Must have the ability to attend work related events and above all Have fun
