Job Description
Coperion is now hiring a Quality Assurance Managerto join our team in Sabetha KS.
This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of a recognized quality assurance program to ensure that quality procedures are implemented during the production process and a quality finished product is provided to the customer.
Work Youll Do:
Create quality plan/documentation to comply with ISO guidelines.
Maintain and communicate quality procedures to manufacturing and engineering departments.
Communicate documented quality plan to internal and external customers.
Understand customer requirements and integrate into company quality processes.
Manage and maintain inspection and product release programs for incoming and inprocess materials components and finished products.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- ISO expertise.
- AWS experience
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Experience with Lean leadership in a manufacturingenvironment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASME knowledge
