Job Description
- Maintain the production equipment through preventative maintenance processes including but not limited to mold machines secondary equipment and all related production equipment
- Trouble shooting of mechanical and electrical problems
- Maintaining service records on all equipment
- Performing minor building maintenance and repairs
- Report all daily activities to Supervisor
Job Requirements
- Strong mechanical background
- Knowledge of injection molding processes equipment and mold change processes (preferably plastic mold injection)
- Capable of reading and understanding mechanical drawings
- Strong attendance
- Strong collaborative approach and abilities
- Analytical / data rational
- Must have problem solving and work ethic
- Careful attention to detail
- Forward thinking
- Focus on completing tasks
Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding and safetysensitive position which requires employees to move throughout the plant and to use ladders to climb onto presses. The individual will require some if not all of the following qualifications to support this position.
- Employees must attend and pass tow motor safety program.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to safety navigate production floor
