About You: We are looking for a National Project Coordinator who will support Project Managers across multiple projects at different stages managing service requests and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. May oversee smaller projects from preconstruction to closeout.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and monitor project tasks identify necessary resources manage the project budget submit invoices and report progress to team members and management.
  • Clearly communicate both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Engage proactively with supervisors and accounting to ensure timely billing and collections of overdue invoices.
  • Coordinate with Local Service Providers (LSPs) and customers for site access material delivery equipment pickup and dropoff.
  • Monitor checkins and checkouts with LSPs and local technicians.
  • Report any issues related to LSPs or jobs to the Project Manager (PM).
  • Oversee national service requests from creation to billing coordinating efforts with customers and LSPs.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding service repairs and outcomes.
  • Consult with LSPs and technicians on necessary repairs.
  • Relay new sales leads and referrals from field activities to the sales department.
  • Monitor email mailboxes and route messages as necessary.
  • Submit invoices to customers through websites and portals.

Qualifications:

  • Industry experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Vista and Bluebeam are a plus.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented.
  • Strong abilities in reconciliation logistics logical reasoning and problemsolving.
  • Exceptional customer service skills for both internal and external clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
