Job Description

Immediate opening for a Full Time Accounts Payable Specialists.

Job Duties Include:

Intercompany posting of shared Corporate expenses

Posting purchase orders

Check Disbursements for payable run and Direct pay items

Refund Calculations and disbursements for GAP LA&H and Warranties on early paid off loans

Prepare 1099 documents at year end

Maintaining Accounts payable files and filing

Job Requirements:

Attention to details

Organized individual

Prefer several years experience in a like position

Dealership experience a plus

High School Diploma

Required Experience:
