What Youll Be Tasked With
- Reconciling external grants and tracking personnel efforts ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with funding requirements.
- Performing Greenway project accounting and maintaining related entries in the financial system.
- Reviewing and managing finance check log to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Overseeing gift upload processes and verifying accurate allocation to appropriate accounts and funds.
- Conducting Stripe reconciliations to ensure seamless processing and accurate financial reporting.
- Handling deposits ensuring all incoming funds are recorded and allocated appropriately.
- Collaborating with other team members to enhance system efficiencies and reporting accuracy.
- Assisting with audit preparation and other compliance activities.
