Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the daytoday operations of the restaurant
Lead train and motivate the frontofhouse team
Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
Support with staff scheduling performance management and hiring
Monitor inventory suppliers and quality control
Uphold all health safety and hygiene regulations
Act as a role model for team culture and brand standards
Requirements
Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior FOH leadership role in a highend hospitality environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for fine dining guest service and team development
A handson proactive and detailoriented mindset
Must live in London and be fully available to work fulltime including evenings and weekends
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
