Aztrum is delighted to be working closely with a premier property development firm based in Central London who have a fantastic reputation in delivering exceptional High End Residential projects.
Due to exciting growth my client is looking for a Project Manager who will oversee the endtoend delivery of property development projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget. As the role requires strategic thinking my client is looking for strong leadership and a meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities for this Project Manager role:
Risk and Quality Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Implement rigorous quality control processes conducting regular site inspections to ensure standards are met.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead motivate and manage project teams fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed.
- Promote continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress identifying and addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
Budget and Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project budgets ensuring accurate tracking and control of expenditures.
