Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding teacher who is now looking for promotion in a supportive Academy or for an established Leaderlooking to continue the improvement journey that this department has already successfully started.Alongside the leadership of Maths you will also play a significant role in whole school development.
Key Responsibilities include:
Determine the strategic development of Maths provision in the school.
Work with the SLT and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
Share responsibility for senior leadership and management of the Academy ensuring continual improvement and highquality engaging and fulfilling cognitive education for all students.
Develop an ethos of high expectations for staff and students through the leadership of Maths to further improve student outcomes.
