Boots Online Doctor is an online healthcare platform that connects patients with qualified medical professionals. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and focus on improving the customerfacing elements of the system. As the Product Manager you will be responsible for identifying prioritising and implementing product features and improvements to enhance the user experience and drive business growth.
Work with the Head of Product to develop and implement a strategy to increase traffic and conversions through proactive management and development of the Boots Online Doctor website
Suggest scope and support the development new features for the Boots Online Doctor website that improve the customer journey and increase growth
Support and collaborate on endtoend marketing campaigns to further increase traffic and conversions
Create a WOW experience for our customers
Research and insight
Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify user needs and pain points
Analyse and learn about our customers behaviour using digital and inperson methods
Regularly review competitor websites and activity developing a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation
Collaborate with the Boots Experience team
Communicate regularly with internal customerfacing departments such as the Clinical Team and the Patient Support Team
Propose changes to the website structure design copy and flow based on your expert research and insight
Work closely with senior engineers to scope new features and produce estimates
Ensure that all proposed changes are approved from a clinical regulatory and legal perspective
Validate changes to the website and customer journey using Google Analytics Microsoft Clarity and other tracking tools
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of product features and make datadriven decisions
Utilise testing methodologies for iterative development adopting a small batch way of working to prove your hypotheses before implementing at scale
Continuously monitor user feedback and usage metrics to identify opportunities for further improvements
Share both successes and failures so that multiple stakeholders can learn and understand more about our customers
Management and operations
Collaborate closely and communicate regularly with the Product Marketing and Commercial teams aligning to each others strategies goals and campaigns
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design engineering marketing and customer service to develop and launch new features and improvements
Define the product roadmap and prioritise initiatives based on business goals and user needs
Create detailed Product Requirement Documents for Roadmap features
Create project timelines and implementation schedules by working with the Development Analyst and Development Manager
When releasing features and improvements ensure that performance can be robustly tracked
Create and manage the Backlog
At least 5 years experience as a Product Manager
Proficient with Google Analytics and other website tracking and analysis tools
Highly organised methodical and reliable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience of working within a highly regulated industry
Experience of working within a healthcare / health tech environment
Web design skills
