Night Nurse (RGN)

Hours: 33 hours per week (3 nights per week)

Hourly Rate: 23.50

Shift times: 8:008:00

Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship

Our client is seeking a compassionate and committed Night Nurse to join their care team providing highquality support to residents during night hours.

This role is suited to a registered nurse with a strong background in adult care and experience in supporting individuals with dementia and endoflife needs. The right candidate will bring clinical expertise empathy and a calm presence to ensure residents feel safe comfortable and wellcared for throughout the night.

What Were Looking For

  • Registered General Nurse (Adult) qualification (RGN) and a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Experience in providing care to individuals with dementia and/or end of life care
  • Proficiency in working with electronic care planning systems preferably PCS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
  • Drive and commitment to providing highquality care and exceeding expectations
  • Understanding and commitment to diversity equality and inclusion in care provision

Responsibilities

  • Delivering highquality nursing care to residents during night shifts
  • Administering medication and treatments as per care plans and protocols
  • Monitoring and assessing residents physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Effectively communicating with residents families and the wider care team
  • Updating and maintaining electronic care plans using PCS or similar systems
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of personcentred care plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents
