Job Description

From bold social media campaigns to highend TV spots for streaming platforms youll be at the forefront of building a brand that people trust and love.

Youll not only shape the brand story but also use analytics to measure success refine strategies and maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.

What Youll Do

  • Lead Campaigns That Inspire: Develop and execute standout brand campaigns from concept to launch ensuring maximum impact across online and offline channels.
  • Own the Brand Identity: Be the guardian of our brand positioning tone of voice messaging and visual identity ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Produce HighEnd Creative Work: Collaborate with creative agencies to produce scrollstopping social media content and premium video spots for TV and streaming platforms.
  • Collaborate Across Borders: Work closely with European country teams to ensure campaigns are locally relevant while staying true to the overarching brand strategy.
  • Track and Optimize Performance: Use datadriven insights to measure the success of campaigns and refine strategies for even better results.
  • Foster CrossTeam Collaboration: Partner with teams across Product Social Media and Communications to ensure brand integration at every level.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience: minimum 35 years in brand marketing campaign management or a related field ideally in a B2C environment.
  • Creative Vision: You have a knack for creating innovative campaigns and visuals that leave a lasting impression.
  • Strategic Thinking: You understand how to align brand strategy with business goals and market trends.
  • Analytical Mindset: Youre comfortable with data using it to measure success and inform decisions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German and Englishyoull need both to collaborate effectively and deliver impactful campaigns
