An exciting leadership opportunity within a privately QLD owned civil construction company has become available. They focus on delivering a range of projects within resourcing roads bridges / structures construction utilities and urban projects. This contractor has a reputation as a reliable and fair contractor who maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and clients.
We are searching for an Operations Manager or experienced Project Manager ready to step up with a focus on continual growth within the Wide Bay Burnett region ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of a program of projects. This individual will occasionally step into an acting PM role when needed to support the business.
Reporting into the General Manager you will ensure operations are undertaken in an appropriate and commercial manner whilst profitably and efficiently delivering programs to the satisfaction of a variety of stakeholders. Managing operational improvements while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
To be successful you will need tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering plus a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of structures roads and civil infrastructure projects.
