A big part of our future growth is Drive Thru Restaurants so were on the hunt for experienced Drive Thru Managers for our new Drive Thru in Brisbane North to help us bring our epic experience to the fast lane. What Youll Be Doing
- Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of 2050 legends.
- Own the Ops: Handle rostering recruitment stock and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
- Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with checkins performance reviews and development plans.
- Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss budgets and KPIs to keep the Restaurant running smoothly.
- Champion your Community: Run our Local Matters program to support and engage local groups.
- Assistant Drive Thru Managers: Youll be supporting your Restuarant Manager on the above.
