The Role
Were offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental professional to join Coastal Dental Care as a Casual Floater. If youre confident in dental assisting reception and steri and enjoy variety this role lets you support practices from Byron to Redland Bay and experience the diversity of our growing network.
Working casually with fulltime hours expected most weeks across 4 days youll step in where needed to keep practices running smoothly and ensure quality patient care. The roster and RDO will vary week to week so flexibility travel and comfort with lastminute changes are essential.
About You
Were seeking a skilled professional who can step confidently into the role. Youll bring:
- Minimum 1year dental assisting and reception experience (essential)
- Certificate III Dental Assisting is an advantage
- Dental 4 Windows experience is an advantage
- Comprehensive understanding & knowledge of infection control
- Confidence in dental assisting reception and steri
- Own transport and flexibility to travel from Byron Bay to Redland Bay when required
- A positive proactive attitude and willingness to support different teams
- A genuine commitment to patient care and team collaboration
